Kempsville Lake Community Association, Inc.

The Clubhouse is available for rental to homeowners of Kempsville Lake only.   The usage fee is $100.00 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours and maximum of 8 hours.  The cash security deposit is $500.00.  

The playground is designed for children ages 12 and under.

2025 Pool Season and Hours of Operation

 Pool season is from the Saturday before Memorial Day until Labor Day.

 Maximum Capacity:        153

 Spring Pool Hours from the Saturday before Memorial Day until school is out are:

 Saturday and Sunday – 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Memorial Day – 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Tuesday after Memorial Day – Closed

Mondays – Closed

Tuesday thru Friday – 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Summer Pool Hours from after school is out until Labor Day are:

 Mondays – Closed.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday – 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Friday- 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. 

Independence Day – same as the day it falls on except if on a Monday the pool will be open 11:00 am to 7:00 pm and will be closed the following Tuesday.

Labor Day – 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Tuesday after Labor Day – Closed for the season.

Service disruptions are possible August 25-August 29 due to revised public school schedules.  

The pool may be closed at any time due to inclement weather, breakdown of equipment, or operational malfunctions.

The tennis courts are kept locked when not in use. Residents may purchase a key from the Management Office. A key is $10.00 cash and must be paid in the Management Office to obtain a key.
